We collect very little, we use it only for what you contacted us about, and we don't sell it. The detail is below.

Who we are

KaluConnect provides business development services to B2B companies. This policy explains what information we collect through kaluconnect.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, write to lucas@kaluconnect.com and we'll answer.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly. That's it — we don't buy data about visitors or track you across other sites.

• Enquiry forms. When you request a quote, we receive your name, business email, company, role, industry, company size, the market you serve, and anything you write in the message field.
• Client onboarding. If you become a client, the intake form collects details about your services, service area, target customer profile, contract preferences, and any accounts you ask us not to contact.
• Correspondence. Emails you send us, and our replies.

Why we collect it

Enquiry information is used to respond to you and assess whether the service is a fit. Onboarding information is used to carry out the work you've engaged us for — researching accounts and conducting outreach on your behalf. We don't use either for anything else.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We don't add you to a mailing list because you requested a quote.
• We don't share one client's information with another client.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website. Correspondence is held in Google Workspace. Both providers maintain their own security and privacy practices, and both may store data on servers outside your country.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead anywhere are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and reference purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lucas@kaluconnect.com and we'll deal with it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we'll honour those requests regardless of where you're based.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Netlify may set cookies necessary for the site to function and for basic security.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
